This transportation impact study reviewed the impacts from a proposed residential development north of Orlando, Florida. The development will consist of 177 townhomes, and our analysis reviewed impacts to traffic, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, and transit. Recommendations included constructing sidewalk where there are gaps in connectivity off-site.
