This traffic study looked at a proposed residential development in Medina, which is in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our analysis examined the estimate new traffic of the development, and concluded that the surrounding roadways will not be affected. Our report also reviewed sight distance concerns at the proposed driveway.
