This traffic study examined the effects of a proposed theater in Cicero, a suburb of Chicago. Our analysis examined the typical traffic patterns on weekend evenings and also reviewed parking demand. Our conclusion was that the majority of development trips will occur during off-peak hours and that traffic operations would continue to function. We also determined that there is enough parking within walking distance.
