This traffic study examined an expansion to an existing car dealership in Lake Park, Florida. We performed a traffic analysis to Palm Beach County standards, and the City of Lake Park requested additional analysis of the project driveway. Our analysis showed that queues from a nearby traffic signal did not block the project’s driveway, and that its level of service would remain acceptable.
