This traffic study looked at a proposed access driveway for a residential development in the east suburbs of St Paul, Minnesota. The proposed development would consist of 18 townhomes, and its main access intersected a county highway. Our analysis examined different access alternatives, and concluded that on one option, trees obstructed sight lines to the south. We recommended a different access point to maintain clear sight lines.
