This traffic study examined a proposed medical facility rezoning in Jupiter, Florida. The Town of Jupiter required an analysis of the traffic generating characteristics of the new use. Our study revealed that the change in use from “general office” to “medical office” would have a negligible increase in traffic volumes, and the proposed project would have a de minimis impact on the surrounding roads.
