This traffic impact study looked at the construction of a Master Planned community in Nye County, west of Las Vegas. The site is currently about 1/3rd built, and the remainder of the community will consist of approximately 1,500 homes, plus some retail and a casino. Our scope included collecting traffic counts at eight intersections and performing traffic analysis for full build conditions. The analysis determined that the project’s access points would need turn lanes but otherwise would function acceptably.
