This traffic impact study looked at a new ice arena at Mahtomedi High School, located in a suburb of St Paul, Minnesota. The analysis looked at regular school operations and also examined future event traffic generated by games. Using actual traffic data from nearby ice arenas, we determined that traffic leaving events in the evening would experience acceptable traffic operations and no improvements were recommended.
