This traffic impact study examined a proposed Fuel Maxx gas station in Dayton, which is east of Houston, Texas. Our analysis concluded that a nearby intersection met warrants for signalized control under existing conditions, and that the project’s driveway met TxDOT’s threshold for a right-turn lane.
