This traffic impact analysis looked at a proposed car wash in Manatee County, Florida. This analysis was performed according to County requirements and examined nearby intersections and roadway segments. We concluded that the adjacent roadway was already operating above its capacity and that the new development would have a minor impact on the roadway.
