This traffic impact study reviewed the impacts from a proposed mixed-use development in Williston, ND. This development is proposed to consist of light industrial, a hotel and other retail, and a Pilot Flying J Travel Center. Our analysis showed that although the project is expected to be built in phases, the first phase consisting of retail will generate enough traffic to warrant a traffic signal on opening day.
