This traffic impact study looked at a proposed mixed-use development in western Williston, ND. The development is proposed to consist of 182 single family homes, 30 townhomes, 300 apartment units, and 30 acres of commercial and office use. Our analysis included two adjacent subdivisions that had traffic studies into a comprehensive study of the area. Our analysis provided recommendations for internal roadways, and also recommended turn lanes and signalized control for future intersections.
