This traffic impact study looked at the effects from a proposed industrial development in Belfied, near Dickinson, North Dakota. The site would consist of a rail spur for the transfer of frac sand, grain, and other industrial uses. Our analysis showed that a turn lane from the state highway would be needed at the project access.
