This traffic impact study looked at the impacts from a proposed commercial redevelopment in West Palm Beach, FL. The site will consist of a wholesale lawn equipment store, and a tire sales and service store. Our analysis followed Palm Beach County guidelines, and the conclusion was that the site will have minimal impacts on the surrounding roadways.
