This traffic impact analysis examined a proposed fast-food restaurant in Crestview, Florida. The site is located near an intersection with a state highway and experiences long backups which are predicted to block the future driveway. Our analysis provided recommendations for dealing with these conditions and included retiming the signal and providing guide signs for exiting vehicles.
