This traffic impact statement reviewed the addition of new traffic generated by a proposed restaurant in Delray Beach, Florida. The proposed restaurant will be a small, high-turnover restaurant serving gourmet hot dogs, and our analysis showed that the surrounding roadways had enough capacity for the new traffic.
