This traffic study in Oakdale, Minnesota looked at the redevelopment of an old gas station into a brand new Caribou Coffee with drive-through. The site is located close to the busy intersection of TH 36 & Century Avenue. We examined the intersection and analyzed the backups from the signal. Based on that information, we made recommendations for locating the coffee shop driveway, and concluded that no other improvements were needed.
