This traffic impact study analyzed a proposed residential development in Williams County, North Dakota. The development will consist of 80 single family homes with access to ND 1804. Our site visit revealed that the proposed driveway would need to be relocated due to a crest curve on the highway. Our analysis also showed that the development needed a right-turn lane.
