This traffic impact study looked at a proposed mixed-use development in northern Minot, North Dakota. The development was proposed to consist of apartments and retail, and our analysis looked at several nearby intersections. One nearby intersection had a higher than average crash rate. Our recommendations included revising signal phasing and timing to reduce crashes, and also recommended turn lanes into the project driveways.
