This traffic impact study looked at a proposed single family residential development with a golf course in southeast Minot, North Dakota. The analysis also included analysis of other platted residential parcels in the area to develop traffic projections for year 2033 traffic conditions. Our analysis concluded that the intersections and roadways in the study area would operate acceptably.
