This traffic impact study reviewed a commercial development in Waconia, a western suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Two fast food restaurants are proposed at a busy intersection, and our analysis reviewed traffic operations to determine if access management was necessary. Our conclusion was that a 3/4 access to the site was necessary and that the queues from the nearby traffic signal would not interfere with the driveway.
