This traffic study looked at a proposed residential development in the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN. The site is located in Elko-New Market and will consist of 130 single family homes. Our analysis concluded that the surrounding intersections had ample capacity to handle the trips from development, but one of the access driveways was located near a crest vertical curve and did not meet sight-distance safety standards. We recommended closing that access until the county improved the road.
