This traffic impact study looked at a proposed mixed-use development in Mandan, near Bismarck, North Dakota. The development is proposed to consist of senior housing, and associated medical and retail services. Our analysis showed that a nearby intersection met warrants for a traffic signal without development, and that turn lanes would be needed at the development entrance.
