This traffic study analyzed the impacts of a major medical facility in Fargo, North Dakota. Sanford Health’s $541 million facility is under construction and is expected to be complete in 2018. The study looked at the impacts to the nearby intersection of Veterans Boulevard & 23rd Avenue, and provided recommendations for the intersections, and for the newly constructed 23rd Avenue South, to maintain traffic mobility.
