This traffic impact study examined the impacts from a proposed residential development in Ovilla, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. The project is proposed to consist of 214 lots and will be constructed in three phases. We examined nearby intersections and roadways, including a proposed TxDOT roadway widening project nearby. Our analysis showed that intersection improvements will be needed for full build out.
