This study looked at three parcels zoned for residential that were developing simultaneously in northern Bismarck, North Dakota. The public school district also requested analysis of a proposed elementary school nearby. Our analysis showed that the intersection will meet traffic signal warrants due to the expected number of students crossing the road to get to and from school.
