This traffic impact study looked at a mixed-use development in Hall County, near Atlanta. The development is proposed to consist of single-family residential, retail, a gas station, and a grocery store. Our analysis reviewed directly impacted roadways and intersections and concluded that a nearby intersection will require signal timing and phasing improvements, and also recommended turn lanes at project driveways.
