This traffic impact study looked at a proposed major mixed-use development in western Dickinson, North Dakota. The site consists of 282 acres, and the development is proposed to have retail, single and multi-family homes. Our analysis looked at the cumulative effects of adjacent developments that have been planned, and our recommendations included intersection and geometry improvements to accommodate all the new traffic.
