This traffic impact analysis looked at a proposed fast-food restaurant in Pearland, a suburb of Houston, Texas. Our analysis looked at nearby intersections and determined that the development will have minimal impacts. Our analysis also showed that the driveway will not meet TxDOT thresholds for a turn lane.
