This traffic impact analysis looked at the effects of a proposed commercial development in New Braunfels, a suburb of San Antonio, Texas. The development will consist of a luxury used car dealership on a one-way frontage road, and our analysis showed that the proposed driveway met access management standards, and was below the threshold for a right-turn lane.
