This traffic impact analysis looked at the impacts from a proposed residential development south of Orlando, in Osceola County, Florida. The development is proposed to consist of 226 townhomes and is located near US 192, a major arterial. Our analysis showed that timing improvements were needed at a nearby signal, and also provided recommendations for the access gate location.
