Traffic analysis near Tampa

This traffic study looked at the impacts from a proposed apartment development in Hillsborough County, Florida. The site is proposed to consist of 290 apartment units. Our analysis looked at County standards for turn lanes and concluded that a southbound right-turn lane and a northbound left-turn lane was needed at the main entrance. Our analysis also reviewed line-of-sight for vehicles at the driveway and determined that the proposed location was acceptable.
