Project: Medical Office ~ Traffic Transportation Impact Analysis
Location: Orlando, Florida
Orange County required a transportation impact study for this proposed medical office with retail development in southeast Orlando. Our analysis examined Narcoosee Road and intersections, and concluded that the roadways had enough capacity to accommodate development trips.
Project: Lake Nona Medical ~ Traffic Signal Warrant Analysis
Location: Orlando, Florida
This proposed medical office development required an analysis of the nearby intersection on the busy arterial Narcoossee Road. We took counts at the intersection, examined the thresholds for traffic signalization, and concluded that the intersection currently meets warrants.
Project: DaVita Dialysis Center ~ Traffic Impact Statement
Location: Jupiter, Florida
Traffic Impact Group, LLC prepared a traffic impact statement for a dailysis facility. The existing office building will be redeveloped, and the Town of Jupiter required examinination of future trips generated by the site compared with existing traffic. The analysis showed that the new facility will have a de minimis impact on the surrounding roadway network.
Project: Fresenius Medical Office ~ Traffic Impact Study
Location: Crestwood, Illinois
This traffic study analyzed the impacts of a medical clinic in the Chicago suburbs. The site will consist of a 10,000 square foot medical office and our analysis concluded that the existing roadways and intersections had capacity to accommodate new traffic.
Project: Sanford Fargo Medical Center ~ Traffic Impact Study
Location: Fargo, North Dakota
This traffic study analyzed the impacts of a major medical facility. Sanford Health’s $541 million facility is under construction and is expected to be complete in 2018. The facility will consist of approximately 460 hospital beds, 300 exam rooms, and will have an estimate 2,700 employees. My analysis provided recommendation of an additional right-turn lane at a nearby intersection.
