This traffic impact analysis examined a proposed retail development in Rockwall, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. The development is proposed to consist of a supermarket, a daycare, office buildings, a restaurant, a bank, and other retail space. Our analysis looked at a nearby intersection, but was primarily focused on access management for TxDOT standards. Based on the study, we recommended adding a left-turn lane at the project’s driveway.
