This study involved reviewing traffic concurrency for Polk County, for a commercial project located just outside Lakeland, Florida. The site currently has a convenience store, and the plan is to expand the building and add eight gas pumps. Our analysis showed that the expected number of trips generated by the project would not affect the surrounding roadways and intersections.
