This traffic impact study looked at the impacts of a major industrial facility proposed in southern Texas. The proposed site is expected to see over 1000 craft workers during construction, and our analysis reviewed the impacts to roadways and intersections near the site, plus examined proposed truck routes. The recommendations included staggering work shifts to reduce congestion, and also included modifying signal timing at a nearby intersection.
