This traffic impact study reviewed the impacts of a proposed mixed-use development in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The development is proposed to consist of apartments, retail, and classroom space for the University of Sioux Falls. The analysis looked at full build conditions, and also looked at projected conditions 20 years in the future. Our study recommended turn lanes, and traffic signal timing improvements.
