This traffic study reviewed traffic signal warrants for a proposed medical office building located in southeast Orlando, FL. The site is located in the Lake Nona area and our analysis collected existing traffic counts, and then projected future counts after development. Review of current traffic volumes showed that existing traffic counts met the threshold for traffic signal control.
