This traffic impact study reviewed a proposed mixed-use redevelopment in Geneva, Illinois. The project is proposed to consist of apartment units and small first-floor retail. Our analysis recommended adding a leg to an existing T-intersection, and utilizing traffic demand management strategies to manage new trips.
