This traffic impact study analyzed parcel of land for three proposed car dealerships in northern Bismarck, North Dakota. Since the area is experiencing rapid development, this study also reviewed traffic generating characteristics of some nearby parcels zoned for residential development. Ultimately, our analysis revealed that traffic volumes at the nearby intersections should be monitored for traffic signal warrants.
