This traffic impact study reviewed a proposed residential development in Fargo, North Dakota. The development will consist of 59 single family homes, and a few neighborhood residents had concerns about the increase in traffic. Our analysis showed that the roadways in the study area have plenty of capacity to accommodate the new trips generated by development.
