This corridor study reviewed traffic operations along Division Street in Bemidji, Minnesota. The road currently sees traffic congestion tied to Bemidji High School start and dismissal times. Our analysis showed that minor traffic signal timing could relieve some congestion in the interim, and also recommended turn lanes and other intersection controls for future conditions.
