Project: State and Richards Mixed-Use ~ Traffic Impact Study
Location: Geneva, Illinois
This traffic study examined the redevelopment of now vacant factory. The project is proposed to consist of apartments and retail uses. Our analysis looked at several intersections in the area, and in particular examined the impacts to neighborhood streets. Analysis shows that the effects of the redevelopment would be minimal to the surrounding streets.
Project: 857 West Washington ~ Traffic Impact Study
Location: Marquette, Michigan
This traffic study examined the redevelopment of an out-of-business baked goods factory. The project is expected to be complete in 2015, and will consist of a bank, retail, office space, and apartment units. The analysis examined three access driveways to a major arterial, and recommended striping to provide left-turn lanes.
