Project: Ross Road Residential ~ Traffic Impact Analysis
Location: Travis County, Texas
This study looked at the impacts of a proposed single-family development in Travis County near Austin, Texas. The site will have 203 lots and we looked at nearby intersections. Our analysis showed that a nearby intersection met warrants for signalized control under current conditions, and we also recommended turn lanes.
Project: The Victoria at Country Lane ~ Traffic Impact Analysis
Location: McKinney, Texas
This study looked at the impacts of a proposed Senior Living facility in McKinney, Texas. The site is proposed to consist of 104 senior apartments. Our analysis the examination of turn lanes on a state highway, and included a traffic signal warrant analysis.
Project: Residential Development ~ Traffic Impact Analysis
Location: Ovilla, Texas
This study looked at the impacts of a proposed residential development in Ovilla, south of Dallas, Texas. The site is proposed to consist of 214 single family lots. Our analysis reviewed each phase of construction to determine necessary improvements, and also coordinated with TxDOT on a major roadway widening project near the site.
Project: Quest Village ~ Transportation Impact Study
Location: Orange County, Florida
This study looked at a proposed residential development for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities in Orange County, FL. Our task was to determine trip generation for these residents who live independently but do not drive. Our analysis included examination of transportation in the area, and our recommendations included placing sidewalk where gaps exist, and providing signalized pedestrian crossings. We also provided data to reduce the developer’s transportation impact fee.
Project: Recreation Plantation ~ Traffic Impact Study
Location: Lady Lake, Florida
This study looked at the impacts of a proposed recreational vehicle park in Lake County, west of Orlando, Florida. The project will consist of 232 lots for RVs, and the Lake-Sumter MPO required a traffic impact study. Our analysis recommended revising traffic signal timing and phasing for some nearby intersections, but this is primarily due to increasing background traffic volumes.
Project: Seneca Club ~ Transportation Impact Study
Location: Orange County, Florida
This development is proposed to consist of 177 multi-family homes in suburban Orlando, Florida. This transportation analysis reviewed roadway concurrency, and also looked at the impacts to pedestrian, bicycle, and transit facilities. Our analysis showed that the surrounding roadways could accommodate the additional traffic, but pedestrian facilities needed to be upgraded on those roads.
Project: Annabel Place ~ Traffic Impact Analysis
Location: Osceola County, Florida
This project is located near Kissimmee and will consist of 226 townhomes. Our analysis looked at the impacts of the development along US 192, and made recommendations for revising a shared turn lane, and suggested changing split-phase timing to protected/permitted left-turn phasing.
Project: Kirkham’s Addition ~ Traffic Impact Study
Location: Fargo, North Dakota
This traffic impact study looked at a proposed apartment development near North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND. This project will add 72 apartments for student housing, and our analysis examined traffic impacts and parking to the nearby area. We concluded that the surrounding intersections could easily accommodate the additional traffic, and that a parking rate of 1.25 parking spaces per dwelling unit should be required.
Project: Boulder Heights ~ Traffic Impact Study
Location: Elko-New Market, Minnesota
This development is proposed to consist of over 100 single family homes in the exurban city of Elko-New Market. The traffic analysis looked at five nearby intersections, including New Prague Boulevard, and Natchez Avenue. Our analysis showed that the surrounding roadways have enough capacity to accommodate the development trips.
Project: Villas of Holly Brook ~ Traffic Impact Study
Location: Belleville, Illinois
This development is proposed to consist of a 153-bed assisted living and memory care facility. Our analysis looked at the project driveway and adjacent intersection. The report concluded that traffic would operate acceptably under full build conditions.
Project: Fields of Woodbury ~ Traffic Impact Study
Location: Woodbury, Minnesota
This analysis looked at the traffic impacts of a proposed residential development in a growing area of the city. the development would add 330 single family homes, and the City desired an analysis of different roadway and access alternatives. The study looked at adjacent parcels and recommended alternatives that would provide acceptable traffic operations on roads in the area.
