This traffic impact analysis examined two adjacent industrial developments in Georgetown, a suburb of Austin, Texas. Our analysis looked at current conditions and also examined future conditions that include a widening of the SE Inner Loop. Our conclusions were that the project driveways would need turn lanes, a nearby intersection will need a traffic signal for future conditions, and another nearby intersection needs capacity improvements for the future scenario.
